Welcome to Grow Your Center's M3 Service!

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the M3 platform ("M3") operated by Grow Your Center LLC ("GYC", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use M3. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Sharing of accounts or credentials is strictly prohibited.

2. Services

M3 offers a marketing platform including AI-powered agents, content planning and publishing tools, analytics dashboards, strategy sessions, design templates, and more. Services may be updated or modified over time.

3. Fees & Billing

Access to M3 is offered as a monthly service. After a 3-day trial, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel. Payments are processed via Stripe and are subject to your agreement with them. Refunds are only permitted when you cancel (i) during your 3-day trial or (ii) according to the terms of your signed Master Services Agreement (MSA).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Engage in scraping, data mining, or unauthorized use of the platform.
• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
• Share accounts or misrepresent the number of locations using the service.
• Use the service for spam, self-promotion, or illegal activity.

Violations of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, templates, and materials provided through M3 are the property of Grow Your Center LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any materials without permission.

6. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law.

7. Third-Party Services

M3 integrates with third-party services (e.g., Canva, Stripe, HubSpot, Google, Meta). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

M3 is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GYC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we prefer to resolve issues amicably via mediation or arbitration. If necessary, disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
